Hello, I was born in Toledo Ohio on 9.24.1968. My parents Raymond and France Lange adopted me through Lutheran Social Services when I was a baby. The name on my birth certificate was Lisa Lange. Could you let me know the avenue to go though to get information regarding my birth parents?
