Webster-Cantrell Hall is a child welfare agency with 13 programs that provide services in residential settings in addition to community based programs. Webster-Cantrell Hall was established in 1920 by committed groups in the community. Today WCH strives to add and develop programs to meet changing community needs. One thing that hasn’t changed over the years is the need to have the community help support the mission of helping children, youth and families in troubled circumstances.
