Our Pennsylvania operation began in 2006, initially providing foster care services. We rapidly expanded our programs to include adoption and several family strengthening programs. In 2012, several of the youth development programs of The Second Mile were transferred to Arrow. Our Pennsylvania programs include: Foster Care/Adoption, Private Adoption, Family Services.
