Worst experience! We were matched through their referral program and assured they had met with the expectant mother, she had received services, and that she was sure of her decision (or as sure as anyone can be in such a place in life). We agreed to the match and things were going forward, after paying a ridiculous amount of money. As time went on, we discovered our expectant mother would only contact us when she needed money. We tried not to think much of it and know we don’t know what she is going through, but it was starting to make us concerned. We eventually learned that nobody had ever met with our expectant mother other than phone calls or texting. Ever. No contact. This immediately brought concerns as we had been led to believe the agency had met with the expectant mother. But, now we were locked in and still hopeful that this was all still okay. Well, it wasn’t. We were ghosted in the hospital twice and have no closure. Out a lot of money and now just assume that we were used for money. The agency also failed to let us know about some very serious criminal history of our expectant mother that we should have been made aware of prior to the match, rather than information our attorney told us while waiting for information at the hospital. Do NOT work with this agency!
