We believe that every child has a right and a need to have a family and it doesn’t matter what nationality the family is. The mission of our adoption program has always been to help orphaned children find families, who can give them a better life and future. There is always hope that the children will find parents in their own country. HFIC has been supporting biological parents and grandparents in difficult situations, in order for them to keep their children in the family. This program is called “My guardian family” and it provides financial, emotional and psychological support for families in Russia. Unfortunately, not every child can find a family in their own country. The children with special needs suffer the most. Our adoption program has been primarily dedicated to helping children with various disabilities to find families and get special medical attention. Currently HFIC focuses mainly on “I Want to Walk” program, helping to raise attention for children in need.
