About your agency
Since 1998, A Place To Call Home has dedicated its services to recruiting, training, licensing, monitoring and supporting the best possible foster and adoptive families and respite providers for the children and adults we serve. We are one of the few foster care providers that is multiply contracted with DCS, DES, DDD, Behavioral Health and Native American communities across Arizona. This allows our families to have options in fostering children and adults and allows our staff to have a more universal education within the foster care arena. APTCH (A Place To Call Home) was formed to make a difference in the lives of persons with special needs and disabilities. The need for quality families is tremendous because the number of individuals in need of foster care services,special-needs-adults including Adult Developmental Homes, continues to rise in Arizona and the United states. APTCH serves as a conduit to the partnership of families with individuals in the foster care system. APTCH prioritizes the care of foster children and adults, servicing as an advocate for families. As a part of APTCH, families will experience a relationship where quality matters, there is a significant commitment to the success of each family and decisions are made with the utmost concern for the well-being of children, adolescents and adults.
