Adoption Horizons is a community-based adoption agency licensed to conduct home studies, provide adoptive parent education and facilitation, and complete state required post-placement services. We offer a variety of domestic programs and services to families considering adoption. In addition, Adoption Horizons also facilitates independent adoptions through its Infant Placement Program. Domestic, hospital placements are carefully coordinated to meet all the legal requirements as well as provide professional social services and counseling.
